Native American Programs:

As an Enrolled Tribal member of the United Cherokee Aniyunwiya Nation I educate on the important Highlights of what it means to be Cherokee. What it means to be “Fully Human” and the impacts my Cherokee Ancestors had on the Creation of the United States. Portions of these Presentations go back to my tribe and/or Two-Spirit Activities.

Elementary School & Scouting level Presentations:

Kindergarten-3rd Grades: Approx. 1-1.5 Hours

Storytelling, songs and Dance. Approx. 1 hour of the best traditional stories and interactive dancing in full Regalia.

4th grade and up: Approx. 1.5-2 hours

Dismantling Stereotypes, Stories, Songs, Dance, Arrow making demonstration (Subject to School’s digression) Show and tell of Traditional Artifacts and art. Regalia may or may not be worn for this presentation to help combat stereotypes.

Adult Level Presentations:

Two-Spirit People Then and Now: Approx. 1.5 Hours

This presentation Educates on the History of Two-Spirit LGBTQ+ on Turtle Island (The Americas) through sharing ancient Legends & Lore. Historically cited accounts of the courageous First Nations people who above all believed that Love = Love and our Impact on how our traditional beliefs effected Important events such as Marriage Equality.

Cherokee People: Approx. 2 hours

Stories, songs and a first hand up close look and feel of traditional Cherokee Art and how it differs from the Stereotyped and Romanticized image of the Plains/Plateau tribal people.
