History & Use of Earth Pigment Paints
1.5Hrs The most ancient paint form. Crushed from stones, plants and charcoal from fire This Course teaches the known history of these paints as well as allows the student to try 4 forms of use:
Students will be given authentic scrap rawhide, stencils and a full rabbit fur to paint on, using sticks, brush and bones as tools.

History Of Wampum & Weaving
Includes All Material Approx. 1.5 hours
Learn about the amazing historical Impact of the world’s most Sacred Shell. Quahog. Class includes the history of Wampum, and how to weave it using a style of glass beads to make a bracelet. These glass style beads were originally used for trade pre 1700 as a cheaper alternative to authentic shell. All Materials & Looms Provided

Costrel (Leather Canteen)
The original canteen made entirely out of leather and linen string. This is a multi day course. Be aware if you have arthritis in your hands this will be an extremely difficult class for you.
Small Plain Leather Costrel Course: $115 Leather Tooled Costrel Course (Shown): $350
Course includes: Pre-cut steerhide and strap. Multiple leather tooling stamps to use throughout the course, paint and dye. This is a 3 day course. Approx. 8-9 hours total.
